Everything was impeccable. Spacious, luxurious, service was absolutely fantastic and the whole experience was incredibly relaxing. The breakfast was very generous and they made fresh lobster and meat wontons, fresh noodles, fresh pastries, fruit cut fresh - I can go on and on. Even though the hotel, room, beach, food - everything (and for an extremely good value level of price), I have to say our ‘butler’ (which is the official name), Miss Tina, was the one who made our stay above and beyond. She was so kind, professional, charming and she took such well care of us. Miss Tina is one of a kind, I’ve never met such a dedicated - while easy going- staff member at a hotel. She made us feel at home. Beyond her, the concierge Zeke, Miss Lucy in the restaurant and all their colleagues, such as the beach guard - they were always so helpful and made our family enjoy every moment. We will have to come back! It was our best vacation so far.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel! All the facilities: private beach, river pool, and sports courts (Basketball and Tennis), were amazing. The resort has a peaceful atmosphere thanks to the coconut trees and green spaces, it feels like an oasis next to the ocean. Staff is committed and professional, we really appreciated it. Breakfast on the terrace with the relaxing sounds of fountains was delightful every morning. Overall, our stay at the resort was truly enjoyable, and we look forward to returning soon!

Breakfast time is 07:00 to 11:00 am. It's super! Food options are plentiful and taste good. I liked that it was not crowded. The environment is beautiful. You can eat outside.

helpful staff and service. Nice lagoon style pool. One of the better hotel gyms! Clearwater Bay is a really nice beach area, with gentle waves for swimming.

a very enjoyable moment on the greatest beach of Hainan island - full autumn moon is definitely the best season: not too many tourists, perfect weather conditions and even the mosquitoes stayed out of our way this time ! specials thanks to LIU Weichen (Curry), whose invisible but always caring hand made our stay just perfect !

The location - in a word perfect. The staff - they go out of their way to accommodate any request you may have, included in this for my trip was making oat milk from scratch on request for my coffee SUPER GOOD!

- Very friendly and helpful stuff - Nice SPA area - Italian restaurant with several choices - Huge garden, Wide clean beach - Perfect breakfast, wide range of choices (also western taste) - Bicycle rent in hotel, size too small for me. - Silent hotel, no party area around (as expected) - free / powerfull Wifi available - Nespresso coffee machine in room Information - About 50 km from airport Sanya, need about 1 h driving, About 260 RMB with DiDi „Express“ taxi - Food street about 20 min walking beside hotel

Good offer of food but as in August the breakfast management is to ge improved for the typical mass of people, which should be of no surprise in China
